We need a couple more people to make the health bars go up. Or I'm going to end up putting Qiara on a leash. And I'm not 100% sure she's into that. :D

Commandos do some healing too :) Though I'm not specced for it (and who would be? Sheesh) but I toss out enough here and there as needed. He's not a part of this forum but my buddy Gaikyn is also rocking a healing Consular.

Depending on how some of the people who don't have their AC listed goes, I see a lot less tanks than I do healers. There's only 2 tank AC's listed at all, and one of them is Pipkin, which counts as -5 tanks.

Which is not suprising, tanks always seem to be rare in MMO's :D

Marcallo could easily respec to be a tank I"m sure (he's a Guardian DPS right?). Mentu is a JK Guardian, tank spec as well.

Just to be clear I've been playing as full tank spec. I haven't put a single point outside the defense tree. It makes soloing tough even with Kira decked out in blues, BUT I've had no trouble getting groups for Heroics. So that's a plus.

Must be a JK thing. I'm the same way... full Defense tree. I've got my dude in general quest / orange gear (but it is far from cutting edge for my level) and leveling has been pretty easy for me. It got even easier once i got my healer, but even with Jorgan it wasn't too rough. Sounds like JK might need some love!

I played Vanguard into the mid 20's in Beta and it definitely had a bit more "punch" than the Jedi Guardian currently does.I think it's because there's a good amount of AOE with it. However, i remember my Sith Juggernaut being a lot stronger. I don't know if they get a tougher companion or if there was some sweeping balance change. I remember marauders/sentinals complaining about being "out dps'd" by tanks. Now i realize that would have to be guesswork, but I suppose it's possible that was happening and the Jugg/Guard got nerfed for release.

Just updating, Borracho is Smuggler, Scoundrel, Scrapper, Cybertech, Scavenging and Slicing.
I'm also planning on keeping a healing bar handy and possibly respeccing as needed once I get higher up.

There aren't any loser classes in TOR. A sentinal is a beast when well played...

The only problems with a JK (compared to a Trooper) is that they get their healing companion much later and their rotation is a bit more complicated than spamming morter volley.

You can spam an ability with a 1 minute (or is it 1:30) cooldown?

Sorry, I haven't had the time to keep up with the boards lately, much less this specific thread! I'm going to do what I do best: tell Feather to clean up my mess, and make her and all her modly powers the new owner of this thread.

Hurry up and update plz, fea fea
